Deducting Wedding / Grooms Cakes
Wedding Cakes and Grooms Cakes may be
brought in from outside sources.
A $25.00 handling fee will apply. You may deduct $1.00 per person
from the package price for each cake brought in.
We can
assume no responsibility for these cakes.

Alcoholic Beverages
Lee and Gordon's Mills does not have a license to provide
alcoholic beverages,
however you may provide your own alcoholic beverages if you so desire.
A clothed bar table and up to 180 9oz cups, & 200 16 oz cups will be
provided.
An alcohol allowance fee of $150.00 for packages of 100 people or less
and
$250.00 for packages of more than 100 people is required to be paid.
A bartender supplied by Lee and Gordon's Mills is required
for any and
all alcohol service.
Beer must be in keg or can
form.
No Bottles are allowed. Lee and Gordon's Mills
does not have an ice machine,
so
ice must be provided by host.
Kegs should be brought in plastic trash can
containers.

Reservation Fee / Damage Deposit
A $500.00 NON-REFUNDABLE Reservation
Fee
is required to reserve the date you choose.
It is deducted from the package price.
Dates are reserved only with this fee
and are on a first come basis.
A $100.00 damage deposit is to be paid with
the balance of your package price, if you have a bar.
Damage deposit is refundable
if requirements
in the Event Agreement are satisfied.

Payment
We accept payment for packages by cash or
personal check.
We do not accept credit cards. One half of the package price is due 60 days
prior and the full balance must be paid two weeks prior.
ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Failure of the balance to be paid in full at least
two weeks prior to your date could result in the cancellation of your event.
